Can reading improve your physique?

There are many factors that contribute to ones success in a fitness program.  These factors are simple but generally true; the people you surround yourself with, being in competitive atmospheres, and lastly what our thoughts, are all factors in success. Reading contributes to the our thoughts, using our thoughts to provoke a level of determination and focus that it takes to achieve your health and fitness goals. While I’m sure you may dream everyday what you’d like your body to look like, but do you ever consider what it takes to achieve that body? I recommend reading books that have a intriguing story about someone who had similar goals to you, so you can read about their struggles and associate with the character. This is a powerful tool, you begin to realize what if takes to DO in order to achieve your goals. You relate to the character and cheer them on just as much as you begin actualize the behaviors and believe in the process, while also growing the confidence in yourself So the next book your thinking about reading think about what goals did I want to accomplish this year. If they can do it so can you!
